Delete your data

How to request deletion

• Email info@autotimi.gr with the subject "Delete my data", from the email address you sign in with. If you have no account, tell us what you gave us (for example the phone number on a dealer offer request, or the email you asked a report to be sent to) so we can find it.
• We verify the request is yours. If the email does not come from the account address, we will ask for confirmation from it. We never delete data on a third party’s request.
• We delete your data within 30 days and email you a confirmation when it is done. In practice it usually takes a few working days.

What gets deleted

• Your AutoTimi account and the matching Clerk user (email, identifiers, sign-in dates).
• The valuation history linked to your account.
• All your conversations with the assistant.
• The price alerts (watches) you have set.
• The dealer offer requests you submitted, with your name, phone and email. If a dealer has already claimed your request, we tell them you have withdrawn consent.
• The consent records and extracted fields from registration-document verification.
• The email addresses you gave for report delivery.
• Your active subscription is cancelled and your Stripe customer record is deleted.

What is kept

• Payment records. Receipts and invoices for subscriptions are retained for as long as tax law requires. They are used for nothing else.
• Anonymised statistics. Valuations already folded into aggregate market statistics cannot be linked back to you and are unaffected.

What you can delete yourself, right now

• Assistant conversations. Every conversation has a delete option on the assistant page. It is removed immediately.
• Subscription. Cancel from the account page, through Stripe’s billing portal.
• Price alerts. Removed from your account page.
• Device identifier. Clear autotimi.gr’s site data in your browser settings. The browser will generate a new, unlinked identifier on your next visit.
