Who we are

AutoTimi (autotimi.gr) is a used-car valuation service for the Greek market. By using the site you accept the terms on this page.

What a valuation is, and is not

An AutoTimi valuation is a statistical estimate based on what comparable cars are currently being asked for in the Greek market. It is a useful starting point, not a certainty.

• It is not a formal appraisal by a certified valuer.
• It is not an offer to buy or sell, and not a guarantee that the car will sell at that price.
• It is built from asking prices in classified ads, not from prices actually agreed in completed sales.
• It is not a substitute for inspecting the car. Damage, history, mileage and condition that were not declared cannot be taken into account.
• Where the data is thin, the result says so. A range built on a small sample is less reliable and the page tells you.

Buying and selling decisions remain yours. AutoTimi is not responsible for the outcome of a transaction.

Accounts and free use

• You can run three valuations without an account, with a trimmed result.
• Beyond that an account is needed. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens through your account.
• The service is intended for adults.
• You can delete your account and data at any time — see the deletion page.

Paid valuations

• Private owners buy valuations, not a subscription: packs of 1, 5 or 15.
• Credits do not expire. Spend them whenever you like.
• One credit is one valuation, one listing analysis, or one monthly price-watch re-check.

Dealer subscriptions

• Dealers get a free panel with bounded limits, and a Pro subscription billed monthly or annually.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe: AutoTimi never sees or stores them.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and include VAT where it applies.

Withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, for credits you have not spent. Email us at info@autotimi.gr and we will refund the corresponding amount.

When you spend a credit you are asking us to perform the service immediately, and the right of withdrawal for that credit is used up with it.

For dealer subscriptions, cancelling takes effect for the next period. The current period is not refunded unless the service did not work.

Acceptable use

By using AutoTimi you agree not to:

• scrape content or prices from the site, or resell or republish them as your own product,
• attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication or billing,
• overload or disrupt the service,
• upload documents or details that are not yours or that you have no right to use.

We may limit or end access where these terms are breached.

Market data and third-party content

Valuations are derived from publicly available classified listings in the Greek market. Those listings belong to whoever published them and to the platforms that host them, not to AutoTimi.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of third-party data, nor that the service will be uninterrupted.

Our content

AutoTimi’s text, price pages, articles, code and models are protected. You may link to our pages and cite figures with a clear attribution and a link. You may not systematically reproduce our content or our prices.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or loss arising from a buying or selling decision based on a valuation.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Greek and European law, or our liability for intent or gross negligence.

Changes

We may change the service or these terms. Where a change is material we update the date at the top of this page and, for subscribers, give notice before it takes effect.

Governing law

Greek law applies and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
